Disney Themed Preschool and Kindergarten Course(4x / Week)

In this ongoing loop course,  I have created a curriculum to help students ready themselves for Kindergarten. we will meet four times a week. Each week they will learn four new letters, numbers, colors, shapes and we will have circle time every day. There will be a new Disney character to go with each letter. The Frozen characters will help us learn our numbers and Mickey Mouse will help us during our circle time. Every Friday we will have a special show and tell time to help students practice their social skills. Our main focus will be letter recognition and letter sounds. You can jump in at any given week because these classes will be on a loop rotation.
What we will cover in each class:

•	 colors
•	 days of the week
•        months of the year
•        and much more
The class order is as follows:
	we will begin class with a welcoming song to get warmed up with Mickey Mouse
	I will introduce the letter of the day and the character of the day
	we will do our circle time
	I will then have the students take out their worksheets, and I will teach them how to trace (in manuscript) the letter of the day.
	I will then move on to the shape of the day. We will trace the shape on our worksheet.
	I will go over the color of the day
	we will then go over counting and the number of the day
	We will go over the days of the week song
      We will play a fun review game
      We will then do a fun worksheet that will cover math, colors, shapes, opposites, an introduction to graphing, and much more.
	We will end with a goodbye from Mickey Mouse


 My teaching style is energetic and fun. I will use methods such as songs, visuals, flashcards, and games to help the children interact and have a better understanding of the lesson. I have created a worksheet to go with each lesson. When your child enrolls in my class, they will get their worksheets for the week, via email. You can join in at any time. My goal is, by the end of these lessons, your child will find the confidence they need to soar through Kindergarten.
