In this class, students will create and develop their character, choosing from options such as Witch/Wizard, Prince/Princess, or Rogue, and play as them in our adventure story. We will utilize discussion to make a story, similar to the role-playing game, “Dungeons & Dragons.” Students will work together to overcome tasks or obstacles that are given by the “narrator” (the instructor). They will act as their character and make decisions based on the personality, skills, and objectives they've created for themselves. The narrator will guide them to different Disney locations and act as some characters on their journey.

Teacher expertise and credentials
Hi! I'm Sam and I teach musical theatre and Disney-themed classes. I am a theatre performance and musical theatre student at Chapman University and have been performing since I was eight years old. I have also directed and taught children's theatre courses. I emphasize being physically active in class and I encourage open discussion and asking lots of questions. Some fun facts about me: I am a Disneyland and Disney trivia superfan and have performed in over forty theatrical productions!
