Calling all Disney Princess fans! If you love Disney and yoga, this is the perfect combination of both. Bring a little bit of Disney into your home with this fun and interactive class, where students will be able to dress up as their favorite characters, sing and dance to their favorite songs, and get some exercise in by learning some fun yoga moves and poses that will help strengthen their mind and body. Students will be able to learn and discuss fun yoga poses, have Disney themed discussions, and get in a good workout.

Students learn and move at their own pace. I encourage students to try their best within their range. This is different for each student. I don't expect perfection, but to try, and have fun!Grades Offered

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
I will do my best to facilitate the discussions in a positive manner. Please make sure the learner has plenty of space to move around for class.
