In this twice a week class, we will learn and practice two letters of the alphabet, their sounds, and learn words and Disney characters associated with each sound.

Class Experience

In this twice a week class, students will learn and practice the two letters of the alphabet and the sounds they make. They will also practice words that start with each letter. 

This class will be jam packed with fun practice including:
- Singing songs 
- Writing in the air with their finger 
- Practicing letter writing on screen and on paper
- Finding hidden letters 
- Learning Disney characters that start with each letter.

Students will learn and practice the alphabet, learn letter sounds, and learn Disney characters and words associated with each sound. Students will play games and sing songs to help reinforce their learning.

I believe phonics are the building blocks to reading.

No homework will be required but I will provide extra materials to help students practice at home and reinforce what they are doing in class.

Students will be sent a PDF of the learning materials before each class begins.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
