In this one time class, students will get a chance to participate in a Disney Descendants Trivia Competition! A good attitude is required from all my super fans, as they will only receive 30 seconds to answer the questions. The faster you answer the more points you get, so come ready to think fast! There will be questions from all 3 movies, so make sure you have seen them all. I suggest students have a second device, such as a phone or tablet on which to download the Kahoot app. This way they can still be fully interactive with the zoom call and the game. If this is not possible, please make sure the single device they are using is a computer or laptop, other wise they will be unable to see the questions and responses at the same time.

Make sure you have access to Kahoot before class begins, so we can get started right away. I suggest having a second device to access Kahoot. Students will receive the game pin at the beginning of class

Hello! I am an Arts teacher and early math tutor. I have taught art in Public school settings for 3 years and I am looking forward to diving into online learning! I tutor math through a company both in person and online. My students have ranged from kindergarten through 8th grade. I believe that learning should be fun and engaging, no matter the subject area. Art lends so kindly to this as creativity is something that flows within everyone! However, other subjects can be just as intriguing. There are so many neat tricks out there to solve math problems!
I have a Bachelors of Science in Art with a concentration in Drawing and Illustration and a minor in music from Olivet Nazarene University. I received my Alternative Resident Educators License through the Ohio Department of Education.
Aside from teaching, I love creating my own works of art, and playing music. I sing, and play guitar, piano and clarinet. I am an active member of a Nazarene church, where I play piano and sing in the praise band every week!
