This Disney dance class will begin with a guided stretch and fun warm-up. Dancers will then learn and practice several basic moves, steps, and turns, followed by learning a couple energetic dance routines. We'll play a movement game, and end with a freestyle dance party! All to classic songs from our favorite Disney movies! Students will practice listening and following directions, balance and coordination, technique, get their wiggles out, sing along, and have lots of fun together! Prior dance experience is not necessary.

Parental Guidance
No prior dance experience is needed, but students should have adequate, open space and wear clothes and shoes they can safely move around in. A water bottle nearby is recommended.

Hi Friends!
I am so excited to be teaching through Outschool! Most of my classes are centered around dance and movement for preschool age learners, as I love dance and music myself! I took ballet and jazz lessons for over 12 years, and have taught dance and gymnastics to young kiddos for the last five years.
I also have a Masters degree in teaching and have been an Elementary teacher for the last six years. I am passionate about making learning fun and meaningful, as well as love teaching social-emotional skills, so I will also have classes on academic skills and social time for elementary age learners!
