This fun dance and exercise class will get your child moving and having fun, dancing to their favorite Disney songs! Each week, students will learn 2 dances, and will also participate in a fun Disney activity. I will begin class every week by leading a stretch/warm-up for students. Students will do a cardio workout while dancing and exercising to their favorite Disney songs each week. This class will encourage students to stand up, exercise, dance, and participate in fun games together!
I worked at Walt Disney World and love to sing and dance to Disney songs! I was previously a Children's Cheerleading Coach. I love teaching children and staying active.
Students need an open workout space, proper non-slip footwear/bare feet/or slip-proof socks, a water bottle, and proper clothing for class! :) For the second week craft, learners need: a white piece of construction paper, markers, two googly eyes if available (if not, markers are fine!) glue, and scissors.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
This is a dance/exercise class and there are always potential hazards with physical activities. Therefore please be advised that the student needs an open workout space, proper non-slip footwear/bare feet/or slip-proof socks, a water bottle, and proper clothing. Injuries can occur if not properly supervised.
