Students will obtain a better understanding of STEM and the Design Process.
I am an experienced Home School Teacher, ESL Online Teacher, and Counselor with a Master's of Social Work degree. I have over 10 years of experience teaching reading, Science, and Math subjects via homeschool, private school, summer camps, and virtually. I have over 13 years of Social Work experience with a concentration in cognitive behavior and child welfare. I am TESOL certified and have taught virtual ESL courses for over 3 years to Pre-K and elementary students.
A one page hand out will be provided on the first day of class. All Stem activities include many household supplies and basic school supplies such a paper, crayons, scissors, construction paper and glue.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Google slides and YouTube will be used as screen share resource, no account login is required. Quizlet will be used for games via hyperlink, no account login is required.
