In this class, we will learn lots of cool and interesting facts about rocks and minerals. We will read about them together and discuss what we are learning as we go. We will then play a quiz style game to show what we have learned. Participation in the quiz is highly encouraged, please bring a whiteboard and dry erase marker or a pencil and a piece of paper so we can have fun testing our knowledge of rocks and minerals together! I have also created a worksheet for the vocabulary words we will learn, it will be uploaded the night before we meet. You can print it and have it ready for our class if you would like to. If you can't print it, please do not worry, we will still go over it together in class. With our remaining time, I will present my rock and mineral collection. Students are welcome to bring their own rocks too!
