Description
Class Experience
Students will learn about Puerto Rico's tropical rainforest flora and fauna.
I am a native Spanish speaker, author, and Latina educator of Puerto Rican and Ecuadorean heritage. I have a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University del Este in Puerto Rico and a master's degree in Spanish education from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina. My goal is to provide an enriching educational experience for my learners.
Materials needed: white paper plate, or a pre-cut circle of the same size, crayons, markers, different color construction paper, glue stick, and scissors. Printed coloring page and crayons or markers.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Younger learners may need help from a grown-up to cut if they still haven't developed that skill.
