Discover Traditional Russian Food: Pelmeni (Meat Dumplings)

Hardly any feast in Russia goes without serving pelmeni (meat dumplings). Pelmeni gradually became a part of many people’s daily meals as well. Conveniently stored in the freezer for weeks you can cook them for dinner in just 10 minutes!
