- Self-reveal one’s inner motivators (buckets); fundamental to increasing self-awareness. - Self and Social Awareness - Through discussion be introduced to the idea that others can have different WHATs for the same WHYs and even do the same WHATs for different WHYs - Learning how (and WHY) we are all far more similar than we are different. - Building cultural awareness - becoming comfortable with how (and WHY) different people and cultures can be both similar AND unique. - Introducing the concept that some buckets take priority and others may get overlooked. - Discover why not all happiness is the same and How they have the power to influence and thus maximize their ‘smiley faces’ throughout life. - Discovering that we all make mistakes and THAT's ok. It's part of being human. How easy it is to neglect buckets and finally, why balancing, not filling, your buckets is the key to a fulfilling life."
