This class is designed for two friends wanting to learn piano together in a fun environment. All levels from beginner to advanced are welcome. Lessons will be tailored to a student's current level. Possible topics that can be covered in these lessons include: -piano geography -finger numbers -piano posture -notes on the staff -basics of improvisation -basics of music theory -healthy/ergonomic piano technique -musical expression -practice tips -performance tips -musical terminology - Students will also learn how to present themselves on a stage and perform for each other -AND MANY MANY MORE! Method books will be assigned after the initial skill assessment at the first lesson. Amazon links with books will be sent to parents after the first lesson. Students will be asked to practice on a regular basis.
