This class will introduce your child to the world of nouns. By the use of colorful slides, class interaction, and worksheets, students will learn what a noun is and will practice identifying them in sentences. Before class is over, students will also learn the difference between common and proper nouns. I hope to see your learner in my class! Learners will… -learn what a noun is. -identify nouns in the pictures. -sort the nouns by person, place, or thing. -practice finding nouns in the sentences. -draw pictures of a person, place, and thing. -learn what common and proper nouns are. -sort common and proper nouns. -color a snake by identifying the common and proper nouns.
