Beginner Level
Learn about animals from around the world. Discover a new animal every week. In each class we will complete an activity sheet together loaded with interesting animal facts. The activity sheet and animal of the week is posted every Sunday at 7 pm PST. A blank sheet of paper will also work. National Geographic Kids inspired! This class does not build upon each other. You can join and leave anytime. No prior knowledge is needed. Summary: ✔️Animal of the day. 🏠 Animal habitat. ✔️ Animal group type. ✔️ Animal adaptations. 🥩 Animal diet. 🌞🌙 Nocturnal or diurnal. 📺Educational video. 🎉Trivia such as a pop quiz and/or animal Would you Rather? 🖍️ At the end of class we will draw and color the animal. 👋 Close with a sneak peek of next weeks animal. My name is Angelina and I live in sunny California. My other names are mommy and teacher.
Experienced Special Education teacher (k-3rd grade). I taught math, reading, and writing by using different strategies to fit individual needs. I love teaching strategies to overcome delays and meet educational goals. I believe students learn differently and at a different pace.
I love riding my bike, baking, and spoiling my 2 puppies.
My classes are 30 minutes each. Included are an activity sheet and short educational videos. They do not build on each other so you can join or leave at anytime.
