We know how awesome lions, and tigers, and bear are...yet do you know about hognose snakes, aardwolves, blue-eyed grasshoppers, the red-lipped batfish, and the Pacu fish? This incredible themed class runs for four days and discusses 57 rare animals. This amazing class includes crafts, projects, discussions, math fun, themed games, puzzles, and more enriching fun. Jump in and be ready to explore. 

Students will engage with the themed lessons through discussions, question and answers, peer learning, presented information on slides, read, and face to face.

Each day will follow this schedule on kid time
Welcome and overview 3-5 minutes
Daily focus 35-40 minutes
Craft, puzzles, game, other enrichment 5-10 minutes
Review and prepare for tomorrow 2-3 minutes

Day One: royal flycatcher, hognose snake, Wallace’s standardwing, aardwolf, fossa, sea pig, aye-aye, giant isopod, Dumbo octopus, glaucus atlanticus, goblin shark, panda ant, Canto's giant soft-shelled turtle, blue parrot fish, okapi, Sunda colugo, superb bird of paradise, gerenuk, and the amazing lettuce sea slug

Day Two: blue-eyed grasshopper, False Zokor, file-eared tree frog, saiga antelope, maned wolf, Patagonian mara, mantis shrimp, the red-lipped batfish, umbonia spinosa, Gobi Jerboa, rough green snake, narwhal, blob fish, star-nosed mole, Indian purple frog, dugong, and the incredible vine snake

Day Three: baby flying fish, lowland streaked tenrec, zebra duiker, babirusa, yeti crab, naked mole rat, thorny dragon, Irrawaddy dolphin, pink fairy armadillo, tufted deer, Venezuelan poodle moth, white faced saki monkey, pacu fish, Japanese Spider crab, lamprey, hummingbird hawk moth, bush viper, shoebill, Artic ribbon seal, and the fearsome fluffy jumping spider


Day Four: any remaining animals, graphing favorite animals and animal BINGO
Learning Goals
Student can learn and explore about amazing animals found around the world. We will discuss the animals' habitats, what they eat, some animal behavior, and where in the world they can be found around the world.
