Beginner Level
In each class, we will create a different directed drawing and writing exercise. This class will focus on following directions to create a piece of writing and art. Each class will be completely independent of all other class and will review the steps needed to make the sentence and the drawing. A sample of class topics will include: Week of Dec 8 pigs Week of Dec 15 cats Week of Dec 22 fish Week of Dec 29 frogs Your child will need a pencil, paper and some crayons for class. We will have fun while learning to write and draw a simple picture. We will share our work and give each other suggestions! There is no required knowledge or experience needed. This is a beginner, easy drawing class. Join us anytime! We will draw something new each week! This class would be great for socialization and learning to follow directions. We will work step-by-step and show our work as we go.
Learning Goals
Students will write a sentence or part of a sentence.
Students will learn to draw a picture.
Students will work on following directions.
Students will socialize with other students and teacher in a laid-back setting
