In this beginner hip hop dance class we will start off with a warm-up and stretch our bodies to dinosaur songs. Students will learn a few hip-hop moves. Finally, they will learn a hip hop routine to a fun, upbeat dinosaur song! Feel free to bring your favorite dinosaur to class!
Class experience
The theme for this class is Dinosaurs! We start off with a warm-up and a stretch for about 5 minutes. We will then learn a fun upbeat routine to a fun dinosaur song for about 15 minutes. At the end of class we can talk about our favorite dinosaurs! *The duration of the warm-up and choreography time may vary do to student participation. Your child will learn basic movements of hip hop and movement. The goal of this class is to get the student excited about dance while learning and sharing their love for dinosaurs, move around and exercise and learn a fun routine by the end of the class!
I have been teaching for 21 years in several styles of dance for all ages. I have danced professionally including Walt Disney World, The Orlando Magic (NBA) Dance Team, Carnival Cruise Lines and more. I have directed many dance teams and have judged at competitions and professional dance and cheer team auditions. My passion is to help others be their best! I am passionate, caring and fun and I look forward to meeting your child!

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Make sure your child is taking class in a safe space in a clear area where they can extend their arms out side to side and front and back. Also, make sure your child has water nearby and wears comfortable clothing. (Dance at your own risk.)
