30 mins in-class hoursClass Experience
This is a one-time class. This class is perfect for little artists ages 4-9, no drawing experience necessary. We will be reading 'How to Catch a Dinosaur' by Adam Wallace and Andy Elkerton. Throughout the story, I will call on students and ask comprehension questions. We will engage in fun conversations about dinosaurs and different types of dinosaurs. At the end of the story, we will complete a story map to sequence the events in the story. After the story, we will draw a unicorn together following step-by-step instructions. Students will be able to show their drawing to the other classmates at the end of the story. They are also welcome to bring something 'Dinosaur related' to show and tell!
