Class Experience

US Grade Pre-Kindergarten - 1
Imagine a fascinating world where dinosaurs roam freely, and some even become cherished pets in households across the land. Picture taking a thrilling ride on the back of a majestic pterodactyl or transforming into a superhero to protect the city from a colossal gummy bear menace. This innovative course is designed to cultivate a passion for reading, storytelling, and unleashing creativity in young minds. For years, my children and I have immersed ourselves in the art of storytelling, giving rise to the creation of four captivating stories featured in this flexible course. Drawing inspiration from my kids' love for dinosaurs and superheroes, each narrative weaves together similar thrilling themes that spark the imagination. To add an extra layer of engagement, I have crafted whimsical "cartoon-like" short videos to accompany each weekly story, providing learners with a visual treat at their convenience. Brace yourself for some good-natured silliness as you embark on this imaginative journey.

At the conclusion of every class, a suspenseful cliffhanger awaits your child, encouraging them to craft their very own personalized endings through drawing or written expression. Learners are invited to showcase their creativity by submitting videos or written stories. Beyond the realm of storytelling, this course also serves as a platform for enhancing speech fluency and boosting confidence through the option of submitting video assignments.

Embrace the thrilling narratives that await you in each week of this course: Week 1: Dinosaur Storm Week 2: Dinosaur Poop Week 3: Super Meteor Week 4: Lost Get ready for an adventure like no other, where the boundaries between reality and fantasy blur, and creativity knows no limits.

Hello parents and students,

I encourage learning through enthusiastic engagement. I believe children learn best through curiosity or play. Teaching online has been my passion since 2015. I was an online English teacher with VIPKID for over three years and an Outschool teacher for ever since. VIPKID taught me how to engage with students in a virtual setting. They taught me how to use props, singing and demonstrations to increase learning. I encourage student output and participation during class.

I have a bachelors degree in marketing and science. I am an entrepreneur and business owner. I have also been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. I am a homeschooling mother to my twin sons and my two daughters. I am constantly seeking creative ways for my children and students to learn new things.
