In this ongoing 30-minute course we will be learning about a different dinosaur or prehistoric animal each class. Each week we will discuss where and when these animals lived, where their fossils were found, how they were fossilized, their diet, size, and the habitat in which they lived. Initially these will be chosen by myself, but after the first class, the dinosaurs or prehistoric animals will be chosen by the learners. Potential topics will be suggested and discussed at the end of each class. This class will be very similar to the Dinosaur of the Week (Ages 8-12) class, but will be geared more towards a younger audience.

The class will typically follow a format of: 
1. Introductions from myself and new students.
2. Teach class about one or more of the prehistoric animals chosen.
3. Discuss with the class what we learned, anything they found particularly interesting, and any questions they had.
4. Chose the topic of the next weeks class. 

No experience or knowledge is required for this course, but a love of prehistoric creatures is encouraged, and my other classes on rocks, fossils, and dinosaurs may provide a good background.
