In this class, we will color a dinosaur together. We will be practicing our conversational skills while we are being creative! While we are all coloring, I will ask the students questions about dinosaurs. Some of the questions might include: -What is your favorite dinosaur? -If you could have a dinosaur for a pet, what would you name it? -Does your dinosaur have a brother or sister? -What does your dinosaur like to eat? After coloring, we will recite two dinosaur poems together. Color sheets will be made available and the student can choose which dinosaur to color. They're also welcome to color as many dinosaurs as they would like!
Learning Goals
Students will use age-appropriate communication skills. They will do this by interacting with the instructor and the other students in the class. The student will also be exposed to poetry and counting in this class.
