Description

Class Experience

We will study one animal and then learn to draw it per directed drawing session

What is Directed Drawing?
Directed drawing is a step by step approach at drawing for beginners. Students will follow step by step directions to create a unique masterpiece

In this class, we will learn all about how to draw a Tyrannosaurus Rex 

At the beginning of the session, we will discuss interesting information (habitat, parts of body, fun fact) about the dinosaur that they will draw as well as view...

Students will learn and practice :
1. The importance of following directions
2. Spacial awareness
3. Shapes
4. Size
5. Creativity!  (each learner will follow the same directions, however no one drawing will look the same!)

-Pencil
-Eraser
-Any coloring tools (markers, wax craying, coloring pencils,)
-Paper

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
