In this two-day camp, we will focus on learning the 26 letters of the American Alphabet, ABC’s with dinosaurs, dinosaur letter trace cards, Pteranodon Eggs, and Dinosaur fossils as Paleontologist. Learning letters and the types of Dinosaurs will be the focus of the class. In class, we will progress through each letter of the alphabet and dinosaur to the letter Z. This Camp is dinosaur themed and we will use dinosaurs, animals, and archeology-themed items to correspond with the letters. In each class, we begin with our Dino ABC song, we begin with letter recognition, letter tracing, and letter matching. We will practice the letters using Pteranodon Eggs and several different dinosaurs, fossils, and Paleontologist tools. We end class with a game that is a review of what we learned for each class. I will provide a worksheet for students to practice and review the letter and the name of the dinosaur from the class that they are enrolled in. Students are encouraged to bring their dinosaurs to class. During class, we will take time for the students to have their own time to show and tell for their favorite dinosaur This is a 2-day camp. Class is for all levels. Students are encouraged to bring their dinosaurs to class. In each class, we have "Dino Show-and-Tell". Each student will have time to show their dinosaurs, give a description of their dinosaurs, and interact with the other students. Each learner MUST be registered for each class. For siblings, each sibling will need to be enrolled in the class. It is respectful for all learners that every student is registered. Day 1: Letters and Dinosaurs A-L. Day 2: Letters and Dinosaurs M-Z. I will be using Kahoot and Boom Cards for the games that we will play in class.
Learning Goals
Students will learn the letters of the American alphabet, uppercase & lowercase letter formation, initial phonemes, letter identification. Students will also learn about dinosaurs, their habitat, and what a Paleontologist is, and the tools they use for work.

I'm Ms. Brittany! I have been teaching for over five years and I love teaching to students. I have a B.A. in Psychology, a minor in Greek and Roman Mythology, and my 120 -hour TEFL Certification. I have taught in the United States and in Honduras at a Bilingual Spanish/English School.
