-Students will be able to analyze a given slide and compare it's primary attributes with other slides. 
-Critical thinking skills will be honed as students make observations and inferences.
-There will be opportunities for creativity as students draw or make models of what they see in the slides. 
-Students will know the essential features and functions of various plants, animals, microbes, fungi, algae and even the human body. 

During my time working in Montessori schools I was given the opportunity to design and implement a summer camp program that integrated scientific and cultural exploration with hands-on projects. It was a joy to teach and assist my students as they conquered these previously uncharted territories and I am only too happy to replicate that adventure here on Outschool. I have taken various college level  science courses. During my Montessori teacher training we were given training on how to introduce children to microscopes and foster their own independent explorations.
