Class Experience
In this class, students will learn how to create digital illustrations in Procreate. The class is beginner-friendly, which means the process will be step-by-step guided. Together we will learn how to navigate Procreate's different features, will get familiar with the color menu and variety of brushes. We will learn how to create layers, use adjustment tools, save and share our artworks. - In this class, we will draw a Kawaii-style Axolotl. *Procreate is ONLY available for Apple devices....
- Procreate app on IPad (or other drawing app). - Digital drawing stylus or Apple Pencil (optional)
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
We will use a third party teaching tool called "Procreate" which is an app used for digital drawing. Students MUST have an iOS device and the Procreate app installed before taking this class. Available in 13 languages, Procreate for iPad costs $9.99 in the U.S. Apple App Store. This is a one-time payment with unlimited usage, no subscription required.
