In this on-going club, young animators who are experienced with the Procreate application for drawing/sketching will meet each week to develop their animation skills, by learning traditional animation techniques, diving further into Animation Assist in the Procreate application, and creating their very own "moving pictures." The drawing app Procreate is used in this class. It can be purchased and downloaded from the Apple App Store. Please make sure that your iPad model is sufficient for creating animations with many layers. * * * Procreate is only available on iPad. An alternative for Android users may be the app FlipaClip. This app comes with a free version. It’s recommended for learners to *purchase the full version to avoid popups.* Learners who choose to join with an alternative to Procreate should be comfortable and confident using their chosen app. I will not be troubleshooting for alternative applications during these meetings. * * * Please Note: The classroom is locked after 10 minutes to prevent disruption to the step-by-step instructions.
