Digital Art Painting on a Phone or Tablet: Landscape, Color Blending and Texture
Students will use Autodesk Sketchbook to digitally paint a 3 layered Digital Landscape Painting! The first layer will be a 3 color gradient. Next will be cloud painting techniques. The third will be texture brushes for painting mountains.

Students will learn about the following: Autodesk sketchbook digital drawing Draw on a phone anywhere Color theory Analogous Colors Digital painting Color Blending Cloud painting Sky Painting Texture brushes Creating a timelapse of artwork Foreground Background Blending Color wheel
No homework required
Phone or tablet Autodesk Sketchbook App No tablet pen needed- just a phone and a finger.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
- Autodesk Sketchbook
Students will present their artwork to the class at the end if they choose without an actual assessment.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Student will need use of a cell phone or tablet with Autodesk Sketchbook App downloaded.
