I have a degree in English and Textual Studies from Syracuse University, a master's degree in Elementary Education, and have played in and run D&D games for 30+ years.
Homework Offered
Homework will consist of work on character backgrounds, leveling up, and time thinking about in-game puzzles during off periods. Only the former two will be directly assigned, but doing the latter will leave more time for progressing the story of the game during class time.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
Evaluation, if requested, will be based on how well the students come together to face dynamic, unexpected, situations. Are they willing to make decisions for their characters? Do they know what their characters are capable of? Are they able to work with their fellow students to overcome obstacles?
