This class will outline two things for your Learner: How to get a job, and the soft skills required to excel at their job. If your Learner is seeking employment while still in high school, or if they are planning to work once they graduate, the job application process can be confusing and time-consuming. I can help! Knowing where to look, how to format a resume, and how to ace a job interview can expedite the whole process. Once they get a job, your child's employer will train them on the job knowledge that they need. However, the soft skill development that your child has can make or break their success. In this course, we will discuss the following soft skills and how to cultivate them: - work ethic - communication - time management - leading and following - conflict resolution In today's job market, mastering these skills can set your child apart from others in the best way possible.
