In this 80 minute class, students will learn all about designing scientific experiments, the vocabulary and the rules for empirical design.

Class experience

Students will learn about the difference between experiments and demonstrations, how to design controlled experiements with independent and dependent variables.  They will learn how to record their data in an organized manner, and how to draw conclusions.
This class will really focus on the steps of the Engineering design process.
