This Flexible Schedule Design FUNdamentals course will focus on the 3 main types of line used in graphic art and design. Learners will be shown various examples of how each type of line is used, and then create fun drawing projects based on one or more of those uses. This is a student-centered, project-based course, and as such focuses on critical thinking and learner output, rather than instructor input. In other words, Design FUNdamentals focuses on learner art! Flexible Schedule courses...
Learners will increase their understanding of the various uses of the line in graphic arts and design, as well as practice their drawing skills.

1 file available upon enrollmentThis entire course can be completed with pencil and paper! Plus a few other items typically found around the home. But learners are encouraged to used whatever drawing tools they prefer, from pencils, to crayons, to color pencils, to markers, to paints, to pen and ink, to digital applications. This allows learners to explore new tools, or to further develop their existing knowledge in their favorite tools.
