In this one-time course, students, ages 7-11, will learn fun dance moves to the remixed mashup songs by The Descendants and Z-O-M-B-I-E-S! (For example, "Like the Zombies Do/Chillin' Like a Villian," "Own the Night/Night Falls," and others). With step-by-step instruction, students will be taught a combination using jazz and hip-hop dance techniques. Students will also learn the fundamentals of acting and emoting that is needed to take their dance routine to the next level. Dressing up in a themed costume or gear is welcomed, but not mandatory. This class is fun and interesting enough for all skill levels to enjoy! Here's a layout of what to expect in class: Stretches Dance warm-up Emoting exercise (how to incorporate acting into dance routine) Choreography lessons will rotate each week between one of the Disney Descendants & Z-O-M-B-I-E-S Mashup songs This class is based on original choreography that I created myself, inspired by the films.

Parental Guidance
Parents, please be aware of any potential hazards in your child's space when attending class. Keep in mind the following: needing an open workout space, slip-proof socks or bare feet, a water bottle, and proper clothing. If you are concerned about your child's safety it is recommended that you properly supervise them while they attend their class.
