Class Experience

US Grade 8 - 12
This course will provide an exciting journey through the world of Artificial Intelligence, tailored for teens with curiosity and creativity. Each week, we will explore a different AI platform, giving students the opportunity to create projects ranging from AI-generated artwork to machine-generated writing, sound, and even video. The class covers both creative and practical uses of AI while encouraging critical thinking about the ethical issues surrounding AI in our society.

Each week introduces a new AI platform through a short lesson, followed by hands-on exploration. Students will work on individual projects and share their work in class. By the end of the course, students will compile an AI portfolio to present.

I incorporate a mix of interactive slide lessons, collaborative group discussion, and individual projects. Students will have opportunities to discuss, create, and present, with a focus on hands-on learning and use of the AI platforms they learn about.
