Class Experience
Education: BA in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Communication and minors in Philosophy and Theology from the University of St. Thomas Experience: More than 7 years as a homeschool parent, more than 30 years of being an avid reader, 3 years of writing fiction while meeting with published authors to discuss different aspects of writing and books, 6 previous high school-level classes taught on this platform in addition to several classes taught on the aspects of writing on Outschool as well as at local libraries for more than 2 years, I am also a Municipal Liaison for the NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) program
Class 1: Chapters 1-5 (pages 1-51) Class 2: Chapters 6-10 (pages 52-105) Class 3: Chapters 11-15 (pages 106-172) Class 4: Chapters 16-20 (pages 173-224) Class 5: Chapters 21-25 (pages 225-279) Class 6: Chapters 26-30 (pages 280-317) Class 7: Chapters 31-35 (pages 318-371) Class 8: Chapters 36-40 (pages 372-430), book reports and literary elements!
Each student needs to have their own copy of Demon Dentist by David Walliams. Book reports and the list of literary elements will be posted in the classroom after class begins.
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
