Class Experience

Students will get an understanding of how to run or participate in effective meetings as well as an understanding of the important role of parliamentary procedure to allow different viewpoints to be shared within the context of a meeting. Students will learn about Robert’s Rules of Order’s place in American history. People can actually be employed as parliamentarians and thus this skill in running meetings has endless benefits.
I’m a lawyer who has served on several boards where parliamentary procedure is utilized.
