In each class we will discover a new vegan baking recipe. This means no eggs, no cheese, and no honey/maple sweeteners! You can also message me and make requests! I will list ingredients ahead of time so each student can be prepared so please read the instructions for that week. Class times will vary depending on the recipe but are scheduled for an hour. There may be recipes that require some prep work, if so, I will post a video so students can make it ahead of time. Here are a few things...

I have been a vegan for over a year and was previously vegetarian. :) I strive for a plant-based diet and have been able to find many easy ways to take out eggs and cheese without losing flavor!
This will vary depending on the recipe, I will post what ingredients are needed for that week
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
This class will include handling of hot content and maybe even just being a sous chef in the kitchen.
