Recipe and supply list available in the classroom one week prior to class. Hi there! I am looking forward to cooking with you again this week! We are making banana pancakes, and this recipe can easily be doubled if you are making it for a crowd. Equipment Measuring cups and spoons Blender Griddle or large thick bottomed pan Mixing spoon Spatula 1 ripe banana Ingredients 1 c unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice) 2 eggs 2 c rolled oats 1 tbsp vanilla (or almond) extract 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp coconut oil (reserved for cooking) 1 tsp baking soda Toppings (optional): butter, maple syrup, unsweetened coconut flakes, berries, chocolate chips, Banana slices, whipped cream, or other creative ideas welcome!
