Class Experience

Ingredients Berry Smoothie Bowl Base 1 heaping cup frozen mixed berries 1 small ripe banana (sliced and frozen) 1/2 cup milk of choice (plus more as needed) Optional: 1/4 cup yogurt Toppings 1 kiwi 1/4 C canned mandarin oranges, drained 1/4 C blueberries 1-2 Tablespoons shredded coconut 1 handful granola Optional: chia seeds, hemp hearts, nut butters, etc, feel free to customize to your liking Materials Needed Blender Paring knife Cutting Board Spoon Rubber Spatula Serving Bowl Please come to class with all fresh fruit washed and and Clean Hands!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Some parental guidance may be needed depending on your learner's skill set and knowledge, we will be using a knife, and a blender in this class.
