By the end of this course, we’re going to familiarize ourselves with emotions and we’re going to learn how to perform deep breathing techniques that can help us manage emotions like anger, sadness, worry, fear, and fear of failure.
Learners will need to print out a review and a color-in worksheet before each class. I will upload the worksheets to Classroom one week ahead of time. We will also use paper and crayons.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
