This is an ongoing class to help empower preteens and teens with the essential skills needed to excel in academics, personal growth, and everyday life. We will have interactive sessions and hands-on activities to enhance their abilities.

Class experience

By engaging teenagers in interactive and hands-on activities, they can learn time management skills in a practical and engaging manner, making it easier for them to apply these skills in real-life situations.
I have a degree in both Education as well in Psychology. I, myself, have struggled over the years in executive functioning and have utilized strategies in my own life to be more productive in my day-to-day life. Through my education and obtaining certificates in both Life Coaching with a specialization in Goal Setting, and Cognitive Behavior I want to help other students increase their knowledge and skills and help them to achieve success in their lives!
Homework Offered
Activity worksheets will be given to students as an optional assignment. These activities will directly correspond with the lesson for that week.
Assessments Offered
