Debate Team: Pros and Cons

This ongoing Debate Team class will focus on current events and hot topics for students to practice their argumentative skills. Students will work with others to talk about pros and cons on subjects and even having to debate a topic that they don’t agree with.  They will learn the importance of facts versus opinions when debating. No experience is needed. The topics we will discuss are as follows:
