(This course has a partner! You might want to also enroll in my "Dear Santa, I Can Explain..." class!) Hopefully, you'll never find yourself on Santa's naughty list, but there's a great big, sad group of villains that seem to stay there. This year, you can help Santa write Naughty Notices alerting these bad guys that they are outside of his good graces. You will let them know what dastardly deeds they've done to have been placed on this pitiful list, and then you'll show them what they can do to be removed from it. Just think of all the bad guys your benevolent words can help to reform just in time for Christmas! When you're done, you'll have a jolly letter that you can hang on your wall, and add to your Christmas decorations! Remember, we are all expanding our knowledge together (including the teacher). Learning Goals
Students will learn how to state their causes and reasoning (informing villains that they have been placed on the Naughty List and for what reasons), as well as explaining a problem and offering appropriate solutions (now that the villain knows he or she is on the list, how to be removed).

Be prepared to write (pencil and paper), and we'll be in great shape! I'll even provide some background templates that you can use with your finished letter!
