This oddly specific discussion group has a purpose. I run a lot of D&D for a lot of students. The most common thing about every session is that players want to take some time to discuss video games with one another. So I thought why not make a discussion group for this? Students will socialize with one another on a similar topic. They'll likely grow as friends and encourage each other to further explore their characters, worlds, and game mechanic knowledge. Naturally, video games and D&D mechanics lend to a lot of mathematics, reading, writing, and social studies in many many cases!

A very common aspect of DnD is combat-style battle and discussions around this. It's a fictional fantasy experience and won't be described in disturbing detail. Student discussions will always be monitored and moderated.
