Description

Class Experience

This class is intended for students who have completed a third grade curriculum as a summer refresher before they begin fourth grade. We will focus on solving long division equations and word problems. Learners should have most of their multiplication facts memorized prior to this class. 

Week 1: We will review the steps of long division through learning a rap, playing games, and working in partners.
Week 2: Activities will be centered around solving and writing multiplication word...

Students will improve their understanding of division.
Students will know the steps to solve a long division problem.
Students will be able to solve long division problems with one divisor.

No Homework!

1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
