In this one time science class, the students will listen to both a fiction and a non fiction story about the sky during the day and the sky during the night during the research portion of the class. Together, using the student's language skills, we will create a list of things found in the day sky and things found in the night sky. This class is taught in English.
~Students will use their listening skills to recall facts from a non fiction book. ~Students will use creative stills to create a Day Sky and a Night Sky project. ~Students will use their language skills to complete a group chart. ~Students will use their social skills to interact with other learners.
Students will need white paper, a pencil and crayons or colored pencils.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
