In this 40 minute drawing & painting class, young artists will create a beautiful scene of dandelions blowing in the wind using a variety of art mediums: pencil, crayons, watercolors, permanent marker and salt.

Class Experience

In this 40 minute class, young artists will create beautiful dandelions blowing in the wind using a variety of art mediums.  First, students will be given step-by-step instructions for drawing the horizon line, dandelions, and grass.  Next, we will use a Sharpie marker to outline the dandelions. I have been an art educator for over 20 years.  I earned my bachelor's degree in Art Education (K-12) from the University of Central Oklahoma.  I have taught in public schools, private schools, as well as homeschool co-op groups and private lessons.  I have been teaching art on Outschool since August 2021.
