US Grade 2 - 5
By the end of this class, students will be able to define the sport of dressage and recount its history from inception to modern day. They will get to know Xenophon and why he's so important to the sport of dressage. Riders will learn why a dressage arena is believed to be laid out the way that is, what to wear at a riding competition and who the top riders in the world are.
I have been an active Adult Amateur dressage competitor and member of the United States Dressage Federation for over ten years. I served as a Board Member of the Long Island Dressage Association from 2016-2020. I own my own small farm where I care for and train my own three horses in the sport of dressage.
