Class experience
( if you have taken my classes before please make sure to read below the dances we will be doing) This class is all about our favorites! As a professional who works at the theme parks, I understand performance quality and want to be able to share that gift and knowledge. This is not a Disney sponsored camp, just a themed one. We will have 6 full days of dances, learning a new one each class, 2 times a week for 3 weeks. Students will be able to get to know the same kids in each class and I...
Students will learn names of dance steps and memorization skills. They will learn to communicate and interact with other students, support one another and have several different styles of routines to perform at home. They will learn common steps needed to succeed in their future dance classes, as well as fun and current dance steps that correlate to their favorite songs. Students learning from a professional can also ask questions to broaden their interest in the entertainment industry.
There are no high risk topics.
Please provide an open and safe space to dance, proper footwear, comfortable clothes and water.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
These will all be Disney songs that families are familiar with. Parents should be aware of the kind of music that is played and be sure their child has a safe space to dance in.
