Description
Class Experience
The teacher for this class is a physical therapist and certified Pilates instructor. She was also a professional dancer and dance teacher
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please be sure your learner has plenty of floor space and a mat or soft surface to exercise on. We will warm up together. Please wear atheletic wear and water bottles are always good to have on hand
